About company

The woodworking equipment plant is one of the largest and fastest growing enterprises in the South Urals, operating since 1995. The main direction of our activity is the design, manufacture and implementation of modern solutions in the field of woodworking machines and additional equipment.

About company

The woodworking equipment plant has a full production cycle, our company includes: a design office, a machining workshop, a welding workshop, an assembly workshop for finished products, a workshop for the production of electronic equipment, a powder painting workshop, and a diagnostic workshop. For finished products, warehouse and administrative premises. The basis of the plant is the people who work at it, high qualifications and personal responsibility of each and a guarantee of the high quality of our products.

The basic design concept of our machines is the introduction of fundamentally new methods in the woodworking industry. With many years of experience, as well as thanks to the feedback from our customers, we are constantly modernizing the model range and creating new models of machines that meet the demands of the time.

The history of our company began more than 20 years ago with a small design office engaged in the development of band sawmills.

In 1995, we patented our first invention — a band saw LPU-600 and started small-scale production. Convenient, reliable and easy-to-use sawmills have proven to be in demand in the woodworking industry, both among large enterprises and private entrepreneurs.

In 2007, our engineers developed a universal lathe OCS-1 and its further modification OCS-1M. The uniqueness of its design lies in the fact that with one combined cutter, the machine can perform operations for processing logs (while cutting up to 100 mm per radius in one pass), sampling the mounting groove, bowl and milling a plane on a log.

We improve and create new products, more and more giving preference to automated machines and complexes. In 2010, we are bringing to the market unique equipment that has no analogues in Russia — these are lathes OCS-2AM and OCS-3AM, operating in fully automatic mode (without operator participation)

In addition, the designers of our company have designed many additional auxiliary equipment for lathes, these are: milling and cross-cutting machines, conveyors for removing wood chips, roller tables, etc. Since 2011, we have been actively designing and implementing turnkey turning complexes.

It is no secret that the construction of houses from rounded logs requires no small physical costs and the availability of expensive lifting equipment. In 2013, our designers developed a mini crane KSRM-500, which is mounted inside the log house, and after the log house is assembled, it is removed in parts.

In 2014, our plant designed, tested and put into mass production the OСS-4AM lathe, which was a feature of which was the ability to work with large-caliber projects. OСS-4AM can output a rounded log with a diameter of up to 500 mm.

Since 2015, we have been actively developing in the direction of sawmills and bring to the market: a reliable and powerful circular sawmill UPS-550 with program control, a single-shaft multi-sawing machine AMS-150, a band sawmill LPU-900 with a variable cutting angle and an electronic-mechanical watch ruler type.

In connection with a decrease in the supply of industrial timber, entrepreneurs have become more attentive to the possibility of processing low-grade timber into a business board or timber. In order for the processing of thin logs to be economically justified and profitable, our production enterprise was tasked with designing and manufacturing equipment that had to meet several requirements at once:

  • Ability not to sort the forest.
  • Insensitivity of the machine to the curvature and taper of the logs.
  • Minimum workforce and space required.
  • Ability to work at low temperature conditions.
  • Quick readjustment to any board or timber size.
  • High performance and low power consumption.

The machine capable of solving these problems at the same time is the installation for processing thin logs — UPT-250M, which actually consists of a chain that pulls a log, a milling and a saw unit. Since 2018, UPT-250M and its modifications have become one of the most massive machines produced by the woodworking equipment plant.

Our team does not stop at what has been achieved and is looking for solutions to new technological problems, actively expanding production. We do not look back at competitors, but create new trends in the development of machine tool construction. In addition, we are working to ensure that your business grows along with our equipment.
